Fantastic service and great product. I ordered 4 samples before I placed my order. They took about 7 days to arrive, but it allowed me to look at the samples on my floor to help me choose, and I then placed my order on the website. It took about 10 days to arrive. The product is great, looks great, fits the room well and was easy to fit and at a very good price too

I cannot fault remlands, at first I went into store and they advised on my product and the amount required for the job, they advised also that it was cheaper to order it on line to cut cost if we were fitting it ourselves. Helpful, friendly and fast delivery when ordered on line. Thank you ***

Great company, nice dealing with the staff online. Appreciate the idea, that as little as possible goes to waste, not so happy with the driver, same one as last time, not happy then either. Drops the rolls, take quick pic and is gone before you even have time to check the packaging. Happy with the carpet though.

Great website - the only one where I could find something "a little different". They sent a good-sized sample (many from other shops were too small to get a reasonable idea) so we were able to order with confidence. Once our order was placed, we were kept informed of progress and delivery was as expected, maybe a little sooner. Vinyl came well packaged and looks great in our bathroom.

Received vlnyl flooring and it was 200mm short of the 3m length I ordered! Complained and got a whooping £20 refund! That didn’t even cover costs of complaining!

Vinyl came and was in good order but we haven't laid it yet The design looks good and the colours are spot on , which is good as in other companies the webcolours were nothing like the actual colours Kit

I ordered the flooring that my customer chose for her bathroom, as a first time buyer from Remland Carpets I was a little concerned as to delivery dates and quality! I shouldn’t have worried - the vinyl flooring was delivered before the expected delivery date and the vinyl was excellent quality and my customer loved it in her newly refurbished bathroom, will recommend them in the future to my customers and add them to my preferred suppliers list

I brought this vinyl for my kitchen as I had recently decorated it so wanted a new floor too this floor looks like a real wood floor easy to clean too with a damp mop or cloth much better than having carpets really I have all my rooms with floor planks or vinyl
