Material is good delivery timing is late also driver is inresponsible Bcz I order the vinyl but your DRIVER LEAVE OUTSIDE my vinyl without any kind of notice also I mentioned if nobody open door pls leave my vinyl to neighbours but your drive leave outside if someone take then what can I do

I can recommend Remland Carpets for their prompt and efficient service. It was a good website which enabled a smooth shopping experience.

The help on the phone was good. The product was good. The cutting wasn't great as 1 piece came 65mm too short but they have offered a refund or replacement. A bigger problem that is partly my fault is that I didn't check the email confirmation of my phone order, and 'powdered' had been changed to 'polished' concrete which is a very different colour. I haven't mentioned this to Remland yet as I feel a bit stupid for not checking carefully enough.
