good value good communication fast delivery wraping could have been better but just about serviceable i would have liked a bit more protection of the flooring especialy at the ends as likely to get damaged by the courior but all in all i will use them again fantastic value for money and great service

Limited information about delivery could be provided when I phoned prior to placing my order. On advice of a member of your sales team, I requested that the courier phone me prior to delivery so that I could make sure someone was at home to receive the order. Despite this being included in the delivery instructions, the courier turned up unannounced. Fortunately my partner was present to receive the goods. Otherwise, no issues, goods were received promptly and order process was straight forward.

I was advised by email that once despatch is ready you will email me to confirm the order in despatched. I dint receive that but the time scale you mentioned in the email was accurate so was happy with the service and would definitely recommend you.

Many thanks for a trouble-free process, from ordering through to delivery. And at a very good price! I am generally a bit wary ordering over the internet from a company I haven't heard of before, but I needn't have worried! If anyone I know needs to order flooring, I will certainly let them know about you.

Easy to order, very quick service

This was a very good service apart from the bottle tops which had not been secured before transit. The packaging was excellent and when I telephone to inform the company that one of the bottles had completely emptied due to the top being loose, it was immediately replaced and I was asked if anything else had been damaged by this. Fortunately all the other items were in their own waterproof packing and all was well.

The ordering procedure and service were very good. The only bad point were the couriers used. My order was dispatched quickly but then the couriers let me down. I was sent an email with a link to check the status and found that I was to get delivery between 3 and 6pm that day. Great I thought. I arranged for someone to be there but nothing came. I returned home from work and checked the status link still showing the same info. I tried to ring phone no. given but no answer. Tried emailing and left 2 messages , nothing. Checked status again at 7.15pm and Saw new entry stating it had been carded. It hadn't. I got my delivery the next day and when I told Remland what had happened they were very sorry but had trouble with couriers before. To be fair it was not their fault they do state up to 3 days for delivery but when you see that the status says a time you expect it to be there.

I found everything i wanted and found it easy to order .

I was totally satisfied with the order procedure. It came before the approx timing plus with a refund from my error ordering twice. This was my choice of flooring but I wish I'd chosen differently. From the sample I thought this was the right one but now its laid it looks dull, I'm hoping I can find a cleaning product to give it abit of a shine. Any ideas? Later in the year I will have to cover our conservatory floor so must get that one right.
