I think product description could be improved.I bought a vinyl which I thought was mosaic but the product pattern was bigger than I expected.I can live with it but not what I expected. This comment is not a complaint;just a comment.

Did not receive a confirmatory e-mail when making the purchase. Fortunately, had a paper printout. Called your office. Was told I would receive a call back that morning and duly did to confirm that all was well. Carpet arrived very qickly thereafter.
