Having looked at the range of vinyls for our bathroom, I selected a few and requested samples. These arrived quickly from which I made a selection and completed a simple order for.The roll of flooring cover arrived within three days undamaged. The product was competitively priced compared with local suppliers and delivery was free for the amount I ordered. I cut and laid the vinyl floor covering and am very pleased with the results. Remland are first rate web sellers.

I placed my order on 16 February. On 20 February, I sent Remland an e mail asking for an update on progress. They re-sent me an "update on my order" and the invoice. Goods did not arrive until 24 February. For a simple order, this was too long and looks as though the original order was not properly activated.

Easy to order, fast turn around, delighted with product at a good price.

I bought a very good quality coir doormat encased in a rubberised, bevelled surround. The order went very smoothly and without hitch and the item was quickly despatched to my delivery address. The delivery couriers used were superb. I wasn't in when the item arrived but the driver called me on the phone number I'd left and took instructions from me on where to leave the item. All in all, a very smooth and professional service.

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of the carpet, and the ease of ordering. I was a bit disappointed that the discount voucher I entered did not get applied to the sale. There appeared to be some sort of error on the final part of the payment, but I received a receipt via mail saying that the carpet was paid for but no £10 off. Furthermore I got no response to an email that I sent. However the carpet was at a very good price and the order was completed very quickly, and I would use Remland Carpets again

There was no information provided about the likely delivery time. This may be due to the recent demise of City Link and not yet having an established protocol with a new courier

First time ordered carpets on line, sample received next day, placed order day after on a Saturday, received my order Tuesday at got my fitter to do it on Wednesday. Done and Dusted 10 out 10

My order was placed online via a very user-friendly website which instantly calculated the price I would pay. I had no need to contact Remland Carpets subsequent to them confirming my order because everything proceeded without a hitch.
