Sample service really helpful. Website easy to navigate; ordering process intuitive and follow-up support (order confirmation, invoice and delivery details) all worked like clockwork. And the carpet arrived exactly when stated!

This company is brilliant, there customer service is excellent, there Webb site is excellent, I asked for a couple of samples of there carpet and I received the samples the next day, after ordering a carpet off the Webb site it was with me within 3 days.

Customer support was excellent, delivery was earlier than forecast when I placed the order, and we were informed that it would be a few days before delivery.. It would be helpful if a delivery time slot (even just am or pm) could be given.

Before ordering my vinyl online I spoke to you for advice. The gentleman was courteous and helpful and said that if I was fitting it myself I would be better off using spray adhesive rather than the stuff that comes in a tub. He couldn't really say why though. However, when I looked at the spray product, the description said that it was not suitable for use with vinyl, so a bit more product knowledge needed perhaps. Nevertheless, the website was very easy to use, the product arrived in the timescale promised and on the whole it was a perfectly satisfactory and stress-free experience. Thank you.
