Polyflor launch the NEW Colonia Flooring Collection

Polyflor has launched the Colonia Flooring Collection, an affordable and design-led luxury vinyl tile range designed for the housing sector.

The range reflects the undoubted natural beauty of wood and stone with a creative range of authentic products, paying attention to the smallest detail.

The 10 wood decorations feature classic and on-trend varieties of wood types, including oak, walnut, maple, elm and alder. Detailed and accurate timber variation, grain and knots are sympathetically represented with this unique range.





Eight stone designs comprise contemporary limestones, rustic cottage and millstones, glazed ceramic effects and high-design slate finishes.

“This collection elevates our housing sector offering and replaces the previous Homeline range,” explains Simon James, Polyflor’s marketing manager.

“We have carried out extensive design, trend and performance research to ensure we offer a range of beautiful, desirable, practical and affordable floorcoverings. We have also invested heavily in stunning photography and marketing collateral to showcase the visual impact and design flexibility that Colonia has to offer.”

Polyflor has developed a wide range of accessories to complement any flooring design and create a unique, enhanced effect. Colonia Grouting Strips are available in five coordinating and realistic stone grout colours while four Marquetry Strips have been introduced to help create that authentic and highly desirable detailed wood floor installation. For a bolder, more graphic look, Colonia Feature Strips are available in seven solid colourways.

The Colonia Flooring Collection features Polyflor’s unique polyurethane surface treatment to assist ongoing maintenance and keep the floor looking good for longer, while reducing life cycle cleaning costs. A seven year product guarantee comes as standard.

Achieving BRE A Global certification (ENP 429) for domestic use and an Indoor Air Comfort Gold standard from Eurofins, Colonia reflects the overall environmental pedigree of Polyflor’s LVT portfolio. The range is also 100% recyclable and contains recycled material.
