Lovely flooring

Good price, local business, delivered in good time albeit 2 of the 12 boards were damaged and not usable ...didn't advise Remland, could have been the courier company, assumed more hassle than worth to try and return, replace.

We bought the Encanto Victorian Vinyl for our kitchen. It looks beautiful and feels lovely underfoot. I rang the company to make enquiries about fitting ; they were so helpful. Delivery was quick and easy. Thank you.

Amazing customer service, with queries answered promptly and with professionalism. Samples were delivered for free (max 4). No sales pressure when speaking directly with the sales team. Carpet ordered at a great price, and delivered on time, albeit a hiccup with DX, which was sorted out by Remland the nextday. Great customer service I ordered 3 packets of laminate and the top board on two packets were damaged even although packets were very well wrapped. I thought it would have been a drama to get two replacement boards. I sent an email with photos of the two damaged boards. I got an email the following day with an apology and an order number for a new full box of laminate, 9 boards rather than 2. Excellent customer service

While The company was fine to work with it seems their couriers were not able to deliver and it seems the carpet “ got lost in transit”” I guess a company should be judged on their performance and as such I can’t recommend Remland. I had to cancel as could not be bothered with any more excuses. I think this is a fair comment.
