Amazing customer service, with queries answered promptly and with professionalism. Samples were delivered for free (max 4). No sales pressure when speaking directly with the sales team. Carpet ordered at a great price, and delivered on time, albeit a hiccup with DX, which was sorted out by Remland the nextday. I have no qualms recommending this company, and will definitely use them again - OUTSTANDING ????????????

Great customer service I ordered 3 packets of laminate and the top board on two packets were damaged even although packets were very well wrapped. I thought it would have been a drama to get two replacement boards. I sent an email with photos of the two damaged boards. I got an email the following day with an apology and an order number for a new full box of laminate, 9 boards rather than 2. Excellent customer service

While The company was fine to work with it seems their couriers were not able to deliver and it seems the carpet “ got lost in transit”” I guess a company should be judged on their performance and as such I can’t recommend Remland. I had to cancel as could not be bothered with any more excuses. I think this is a fair comment.

Ordered a piece of Coir matting to replace existing piece. This was keenly priced and after a delay caused by their supplier, was received in good order.
