NWFA Owner has died aged 93 (14/03/2011)

Remland Carpets regret to have been informed of the death of the founder of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) who sadly passed away at the age of 93.

Virgil Hendricks died on 19th February, a day after celebrating his birthday. A dedicated member of the flooring family, not only did Hendricks found the NWFA in 1985, but he was also a former owner of Lockwood Flooring Company and he was the first president of the Flooring Industry Council, a true representation of the flooring industry.
