Griptex Chene Medium Oak by Gerflor is an incredibly tough vinyl flooring with a unique patented textile backing system that offers outstanding warmth and comfort underfoot. Griptex is safer, quieter and hygienic with an easy to clean surface. This vinyl has an R10 slip resistance rating, an 'Ultra comfort' backing for added warmth/noise reduction, and a 'Pure Clean' coating to help prevent stains and scuffs making it perfect for even the most demanding domestic households. Available in Chene Medium Oak that can be used in any room in your home. Griptex even absorbs unevenness of an existing floor. A superior grade vinyl at an affordable price.

Available in either a 2, 3 or 4m width this 2.9mm thick vinyl has a 0.35mm wear layer and comes with an incredible 12 Year manufacturers Guarantee.

Maintenance

Here are some ways in which you can prevent dirt, stains, and marks from ruining your vinyl flooring and help keep it looking like new for longer.

Your furniture can potentially cause dents or scrapes where it comes into contact with your vinyl flooring. Grab yourself some of our floor protectors for legs or wheels and minimise the chance of this happening. Make sure not to drag furniture or heavy items across your floor, as this could cause long-term damage
Entrance matts are a great way to make sure you don’t bring grime and dirt into your house and over your flooring – keeping them at external doorways helps keep the dirt at bay - Check out our full range here.
Avoid wearing outdoor shoes on vinyl flooring where possible, especially high heels or metal-trimmed soles. Vinyl flooring is very hard-wearing, but the constant use of hard shoes will inevitably leave marks.
Using a microfibre brush daily to remove dust and debris will reduce the possibility of damage occurring. Cleaning up spills and stains as soon as possible will help to keep your vinyl flooring looking good as new for longer.
