In line with the lifting government restrictions, our Folkestone showroom is now open.
If you have a fitting booked with us, we will be in touch. We are still able to fit flooring at your property and will contact you to ensure this can be done safely.
You can still shop with us online 24/7 where we have an extensive range of products in stock and are continuing to do our best to fulfill orders as normal. Our Click & Collect service is still available from our Folkestone warehouse - if you need an item quickly or have an enquiry, please contact us by email (help@remlandcarpets.co.uk) or call us on 0800 246 1099.
Here are a few things we are doing:
- When delivering your items – Wherever possible, the delivery driver will place the items on your doorstep/Goods Inwards area, ring or knock the door as appropriate and then, where safe to do so, retreat 2 metres away and when confirmed by you, sign the parcel as CV. The ‘CV’ endorsed signature will then be classed as a successfully completed contactless delivery. You will also have the opportunity at point of delivery to highlight any damaged or missing item(s) and have this information noted against the proof of delivery.
- Our delivery couriers are using hand sanitiser between each delivery.
- Some of our office-based teams are working from home.
- We are trying to get through orders as quick as possible.

When will my flooring be delivered?
If you are unsure when a product will be delivered, we would recommend that you contact us either by email - help@remlandcarpets.co.uk or call us on 0800 246 1099, we can then advise you on this.
Can I still order a flooring sample?
Yes, we are still sending out samples but please note that there is a slight delay due to the volume of samples received.
