Very pleased with carpet for our door. Particularly pleased with the fact that although it's not fixed it doesn't move around at all.

goods took longer than I had anticipated but arrived on scheduled date. Delivery person was very helpful, leaving the carpets where i needed them

Thank you for the prompt delivery, how ever there is no sparkle in the vinyl, and it's quite slippery, that said I would have no problem with using your company again

Fitted vinyl in both bathrooms so pleased with results. Excellent quality good thickness of vinyl. Would recommend Remland carpets and would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered online and the order arrived when expected and was very well packaged and protected.

Very happy overall - good pricing, service and delivery. The delivery cost was costly and 50% of the product I purchased. Arrived on time though after calling to chase it.

Great product and service spoiled by poor delivery. The vinyl is great quality and the samples and ordering process were great but the delivery experience is very poor. I expected a text or for the driver to ring the door bell but instead I found the roll dumped in the front yard with a big bend in it. I understand that it is almost impossible for one person to carry a 5m roll and has to hoick it over their shoulder but this inevitably damages the vinyl in the pinch point. Fortunately the damaged point is close to the edge of the room so hopefully it won’t rip further but not ideal. I’m sure you’re aware of these issues as you very clearly warn customers they can’t complain about damaged goods unless it is pointed out to the driver. No wonder he ran away.

Very good quality flooring and easy to fit in a complicated small space.

Cost was competitive and delivered on time however the grey coloured choir mat I ordered was delivered as a brown mat. Not too happy.

Good site and pleasant staff

Remland Carpets went above and beyond to get the vinyl flooring to us in time for it to be fitted . Very tight timeframe but they did it ????. Have used them on 3 separate occasions now and would highly recommend them ????.

Absolutely awesome delivery but the delivery person. The order was well packages, really nice Vinyl flooring.

The wood trim was too the highest standard and gave provided a quality finish to the job. The item was despatched on time and was packed in such a way that the trim would not be damaged in transit. It's was well worth paying the delivery charges for such a quality product.

Fitter said good quality and easy to fit. Overall look not the best in a small bathroom as fish get lost by furniture etc, once the toilet unit and sink are installed I’ll lose 5 fish better for a large room due to spacing of fish

Absolutely love our new carpet! Ordered a sample before ordering and it didn't arrive so they kindly sent another which arrived within 2 days. We ordered the carpet and had it delivered within a week on the day we were advised. There is a slight misprint on some of the carpet but more of an issue with the manufacturer of the carpet opposed to Remland but the carpet is so busy it's easily disguised. Overall really happy with our order.

Mat came in good time, it’s a very nice cat mat! In goes well in my summer house!
