I love the piece of vinyl for my bathroom, it looks fabulous, was easy to work with and feels very comfortable under bare feet.

Very good service. Very efficient and when I got the measurements wrong this was quickly adjusted and a refund sent Very soon.

Great price and quick delivery of my vinyl flooring, a minor gouge near the edge on the roll but it'll be waste anyway so no bother.

The online site is easy to negotiate and the dialogue with the team on the phone was without issue. There were some delivery issues from my end and the online team were friendly and helpful on the phone rearranging the delivery with no fuss or issue. Very friendly with excellent service in a medium I was comfortable with.

We had to empty and throw out everything in our bedroom. In the meantime we slept on the floor in another room. We are elderly and this wasn't ideal. My husband was a decorator, but it takes him a long time now due to disability. There was a slight delay with the carpet tiles.Marie chased them up.Now we are delighted .The carpets tiles are a perfect colour and go well with our new bedroom makeover. They look great.

Order for footed tiles was acknowledged on receipt and delivery was stated to be longer than usual after the Christmas break. Delivery was fine with prior warning of date.
