We were given a £10 voucher but couldn't put it through the website on the final payment. So we lost out on the final £10 discount.

there was wrong information on the website whihc meant I had to ring the company to check and they agreed the information as dispayed was wrong. When I looked again af ew days later the information was still wrong .. not impressed with that.

Tiles arrived last week still awaiting adhesive

I can't fault the price, service and delivery from Remland. I saw the leonine vinyl flooring I wanted elsewhere on the high street but decided to check the colour and pattern again on line before deciding on the one I wanted and found Remland. I was so surprised at the extremely attractive pricing, free delivery and discount code that I ordered the floor covering from them at a huge saving to what I would have paid locally. Delivery was within 2 days and I could not be happier. I would recommend Remland to family and friends without hesitation

I feel that you should make it clear that the width of 4 metres (supercord) is made specially and might take up to three weeks to arrive. Other than that you did your best to chase my order and we are very pleased with what we eventually got -so it was worth the wait

Manufacturer sent e.mail to say delivery 12th February item arrived 7th, therefore unexpected so I was out. Neighbour kindly took parcel in. Maybe better communication on exact delivery dates would be good. Lovely to receive carpet early but would have been better to be here!

Very pleased with the product . I was kept informed via e-mail of delivery times, and this was helpful. However, I have not received a paper receipt which I need to give to my Landlord, I hope this can be sent to me soon.

We recently placed two separate orders for vinyl floor covering and have been very pleased with the product and ordering service. Our first order was handled most efficiently with excellent links to the courier`s delivery tracking site, to the point of ETA within a 2 hour slot. We were not so fortunate with our second order, with only the e-mail from Remland stating a 1 to 3 day delivery and no link to Xdp`s tracking service. We were out on the evening of delivery and had to ring the local depot to locate the goods. Otherwise very satisfied with the experience

i would strongly advise when sending out heavy rolls of vinyl they could be better wrapped as surface can easy get damaged when they slide them in and out of the delivery vans

No problems with the ordering, but not impressed by the delivery company. I didn't have a definite delivery day, so happened to be out when they tried to deliver. From the answerphone message somebody left me, you'd think I had done something outrageous and that this situation had never happened before! When delivery was finally made, package was apparently dumped at the end of our drive without much consideration. Pity that the courier has really soured the experience, when the ordering process was so good.

Completely hassle free procedure and it was quick too.Cannot see how our experience could be improved.
