Ordered and paid for a quantity of flotex carpet, very competitive price the only slight worry was the way I paid with PayPal in that the web link was broken and I had to email Remland to get a receipt and acknowledgement of my order. Once my order was accepted it only took few days for it to be delivered. Very good service and was e mailed regularly keeping me up to date.

The Process was easy all the way through, so there is nothing to amend in any way i can think off.

Very good service. It was easy to place an order and this was dealt with very promptly. One of the cardboard cases containing some of the tiles was damaged on arrival but this was not Remland's fault as they came straight from the manufacturer. The tiles themselves were not damaged

The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. If I was to make a comment regarding improvement it is just that the order arrived before we knew it was on its way. The email arrived after delivery. This may have been due to the delivery firm but was no big deal.

The flooring we ordered was considerably cheaper than showroom prices, and with free delivery. It arrived very quickly, and was well packaged. It's now sitting very nicely on the bathroom floor. A very good service.

Vinyl delivered promptly and at a good price. Only mention would be the courier service. I asked for it to be left with a neighbour if I wasn't in. This didn't happen so ended up back at the depot! Other than that first class

I rang to get advise on the flooring I had seen and the man ( ***?) was very helpful but told me I needed to order it online - which ended up being easy. The delivery to the address I wanted it to go to was quick , with free delivery and it arrived here in Portugal the following week. I was very impressed.

Excellent service - ordered on Sunday morning and received the vinyl on Wednesday. Received confirmation e-mails on order receipt, when the vinyl was dispatched and then from the courier giving my an hour time slot when it was to be delivered. Remland Carpets will be the first website I will look at next time I need any flooring products!

The service that I received could not have been better Completely satisfied.

Good product. Delivery good. Website excellent apart from it did not send me confirmation of order. Pay Pal did. I had to phone to confirm Remland had received my order. A blip in the website perhaps, who knows. But it caused me some anxiety & a phone call. That is reason why 4star & not 5.

Ordered Flotex. Very prompt delivery, excellent quality and kept well informed of delivery. Well pleased with the fitted product.

Goods delivered on time and in A1 condition.

No problems at all. Much cheaper and quicker than the local supplier we bought the same brand of carpet previously. The carpet was sent directly from the manufacturer via a pallet service who went out of their way to help after a delivery problem.

I was really impressed with the service, courtesy and efficiency and would not hesitate to use you again.
