Matting was delivered quickly and the quality is good - I was dissapointed with the colour / ordered grey and it’s like a browny grey - was going to return but my efficient husband came out and fitted it while I was out so couldn’t return.

good price carpet but delivery date notice was last minute (16 hours). Delivery driver (Tuffnells) would not step inside house, not good when you have a 5 metre roll of carpet which weighed over 80 kilos, perhaps I shouldn't have given him a hand to get it off the lorry which he couldn't manage on his own. Very poor delivery service

Notification of order dispatched should make it clear which items of the order have been dispatched and not give the impression that all items have been dispatched when in fact they had not.
