GOOD QUALITY

Excellent company to deal with. I had a problem entering a different delivery address on line so I rang and spoke to someone who immediately went to their computer to confirm the details. I got confirmation when the order was placed and it was delivered 48 hrs later. Had an email to say it was dispatched and another when it was delivered. Great Service.

Excellent service from start to finish highly recommended

The order process went OK and i was advised that they would be in contact with me regarding delivery. However i did most of the chasing and finally got the flooring delivered 2 weeks after placing the order. The flooring (19 packs) were delivered on a pallet, the drive said he could not get up our drive so dropped that pallet at the end of the drive in the rain and then left. My wife and her 82 year old father were left to move transfer the packs from the pallet to the house in the rain. Because of this a lot of the packs had rain ingress so when i got home i had to open each pack and dry off the water before it damaged any of the flooring. I just hope that when i come to fit the flooring it is not damaged or distorted. Time will tell. Overall very poor service, especially the delivery company.

Great service, and swift delivery, three days ahead of time

The colour of the coir matting was much darker that I imagined. I ordered grey and the matting that arrived was almost black with an odd fleck of brown. Luckily it was not critical for the colour or I would have returned it. The light oak threshold (2.4m length) was excellent.

The product was perfect for the job. I would have liked more information at the outset on the speed of delivery, it arrived just in time for the opening of a new cafe and looks great !

Online is touch and go and if you call them up your treated like a dummy for having problems online by someone who really is too big for his boots. Other than that good product.

Pleased with the actual flooring, but delivery took weeks. This was due to popular demand so it’s forgivable but still not ideal.

Very happy, I would highly recommend. They are much cheaper than the shops, very quickly delivery, great quality. I will be buying carpet in the new year and it’s much cheaper.

The adhesive took a few days to arrive - even though I called before I placed the order to check it was in stock. In fairness to Remland, they are able to track the delivery, so I could find out when it would arrive... but it wasn't very speedy
