I had a very good experience when I ordered Flotex Metro Tiles from Remland Carpets. My order was acknowledged immediately and I was kept up to date on delivery. When the tiles arrived, the double-sided tape was missing. One call to customer services and the tape arrived the next day. Well done!

Carpet tiles good and delivered after reasonable time and as per delivery schedule of 1 hr window All laid and look good!

The carpet tiles were the exact colour as on the internet picture,they were quiet hard to cut around fancy plinths, they are in a bathroom ,look OK The only comments I would make is the manufacturer uses very poor packing the box was coming apart when I received it

Carpet tiles are lovely and were well packed , i did expect them a little bit quicker than 8 days though but there down and are nice and soft so Ia`m happy.

Had the best price for this product. They did have good communication but their courier didn't deliver when they said they would which I understand wasn't their issue.
