Super Magnum & Magnus Entrance Matting by Remland Looks great now that it is in place. Came covered in lots of fluffy white stuff. (easy to pick off) One edge had an uneven cut. Generally well pleased with product.

Great product but it took a while to get it from the poo t of order to point of delivery. It was damaged but I managed to lay it in away that part ended up outside the visible area.

Required an adheshive to lay a solid wood floor. Remland had the right product and there prompt delivery was exceptional.

Two sheets of tempered hardboard delivered O.K., but wrapping torn. Could have been better packaged - with corner protection? Otherwise, pleased to have been able to buy the right sized sheets of tempered hardboard online.

Efficient service

Nice product but took over 9 weeks to be delivered. Was lacking any grid on the reverse which would have helped for laying.

I had a good customer service through out. We had a little delivery delay which was the problem with courier company and not really remnlands. However this resulted loosing the date with arranged trade and I am still awaiting the date for fitting majority of vinyl. However Trade managed to install vinyl in one room due to their limited availability in last weekend and I am super pleased with material and look of the room. The reason for one less start is that all packaging for 4 rolls were delievered damaged. One roll has been opened and although packaging was damaged, there was no actual damage to the vinyl. Other 3 rolls are still unopened and awaiting fitting date from vinyl fitter. I hope other vinyls are undamaged but cannot be sure until the rolls are opened. Due to heavy items we are unable to open rolls ourselves. I hope remnland will help if we find out items are actually damaged whenever fitter arrives and opens it.

It is very easy to sum up Remland Carpets & Flooring in a review. Quality floooring at sensible prices with excellent service. What more can I say? The best around.

The nice thing is you can buy the amunt of carpet you want. It may be a little cheaper else where but you have to buy more so you can loose. The carpet is good quality. The delivery good. A good deal.

When I enquired about stock availability I was told stock was available and would be delivered within 8-10 days. I placed an order on 5/9/24 but didn’t receive the goods until 26/9/24. I was also expecting a confirmation email once my order had gone through but ended up having to phone to ask for details of the order. I was not happy with the delivery method. The goods arrived on a pallet and was left on the pavement. We have 17 steps up to the front door. I would not have expected the delivery man to carry the pallet up the stairs. He could, however, have carried the six relatively small boxes up to the house and taken the pallet back to his van on the trolley he had. Instead my husband and I struggled to take the pallet up the stairs and through to the back garden to be disposed of somehow.

These tiles were amazing. Such good quality and perfect for our garage flooring. Would definitely recommend them

We ordered a sample and it has never arrived. The vinyl was not delivered on the day it was promised to be delivered. It arrived on the second occassion. On the positive side the price was good.

I absolutely love my koi carp lino in my bathroom. Pictures don't do it justice. Remland sent decent sized samples, delivery was on time and driver phoned as arriving.
